Plans Packages

This is a service supplied by Classic for those clients who are either outside of our construction area or who have their owner builder or may wish to owner-build

Classic Country Cottages will modify/design a new home for you and provide you with a one-off license to build and all detailed drawings including standard Classic Country Cottages specifications for PC's and inclusions. NOTE: Engineering is not included.

All enquiries should be initially directed to our NSW office. (Click here to link to the contact page).

Plans packages start from $6,500.00 and we will liaise with you as with any of our clients to provide the perfect home. This gives you the freedom to amend inclusions, choose your own builder, attend to items yourself etc etc. This is ideal for people in out of the way places or with a desire to immerse themselves in the building of their new home.

Carefully handled it can save money as well as provide an even more personal design. If you choose a standard style then you will be able to see one either built or in the process of being built.

Enquiries should be by email or by telephone as plan package sales are considered on a case by case basis.
